The New Year has begun and we’re already heading back into a holiday filled with treats and chocolates.

Sugar addiction can be hard to break! Check out these “sweet and healthy” snack ideas that can help:

  • Apples and/or celery stalks with peanut butter – dot celery and peanut butter logs with raisin “ants” for more fun!
  • Green apples with almond butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • A handful of dates with almonds
  • Sweet potato with coconut oil and a dash of cinnamon
  • And sometimes we don’t really need food at all – we are just craving comfort. Treat yourself with a relaxing bath or a good book.
